This session brings together leaders across the value chain—from domestic processing and industrial strategy to breakthrough technologies reshaping how materials are sourced and used. Panelists will explore how the U.S. and its partners are strengthening supply through policy, friend-shoring, and new refining capacity, while advancing circular approaches like recycling and reuse. The conversation will also highlight how innovation is transforming materials into active components of the energy system, unlocking new pathways for resilience and decarbonization.
