What are the show hours?

Exhibitor Load-In

  • Sunday, May 3: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
  • Monday, May 4: 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM

Registration Hours

  • Monday, May 4: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Tuesday, May 5: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Expo Hours

  • Monday, May 4: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Tuesday, May 5: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

The conference continues until 5:00 PM on Tuesday in Wimberly Hall.

VIP Lounge Hours

  • Monday & Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Exhibitor Load-Out

  • Tuesday, May 5: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Parking is available at:

  • Atelier 505 Parking Garage (next to the venue; entrance on Warren Avenue)
  • Garage at 100 Clarendon Street
  • Additional nearby parking locations

Please note: The Boston Center for the Arts does not own or operate parking facilities.

Yes—public transportation is strongly encouraged.
