Registration Hours
- Monday, May 4: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday, May 5: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Expo Hours
- Monday, May 4: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday, May 5: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
The conference continues until 5:00 PM on Tuesday in Wimberly Hall.
VIP Lounge Hours
- Monday & Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Exhibitor Load-Out
- Tuesday, May 5: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Where can I park?
Parking is available at:
- Atelier 505 Parking Garage (next to the venue; entrance on Warren Avenue)
- Garage at 100 Clarendon Street
- Additional nearby parking locations
Please note: The Boston Center for the Arts does not own or operate parking facilities.
Is public transportation available?
Yes—public transportation is strongly encouraged.
Nearby MBTA options include:
- Green Line: Copley or Arlington Stations
- Orange Line / Commuter Rail: Back Bay Station
- Bus: #43 (Tremont Street & Union Park stop)
Is food provided?
- Morning coffee will be available in the Expo Hall

Do you have a discounted hotel partner?

We recommend booking early to take advantage of discounted pricing and stay close to the venue. Rooms are limited and may sell out as the event approaches.
