Johanna Jobin is the Global Head of Environmental Sustainability & Compliance at Takeda, where she pioneers progress at the intersection of planetary health and human health. Under her leadership, Takeda has accelerated efforts to achieve net-zero operations by 2035 and a net-zero value chain by 2040. Her efforts have led to numerous awards and recognition, including Fast Company’s World Changing Ideas Award and Boston Business Journal’s 40 Under 40. Johanna serves on the Board of Trustees of MassBioEd, the Board of Advisors of the Museum of Science, and as a member of the Environmental League of Massachusetts Corporate Council.
