Lynda Freshman joined Phoenix Tailings in 2025 and serves as Chief Legal Officer and Chief Compliance Officer, overseeing legal strategy, compliance, and corporate governance. Prior to joining the company, she served as Chief Legal Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, and Corporate Secretary at Perch Energy from 2021 to 2025 and previously held similar roles at BlueWave from 2017 to 2021. Earlier in her career she spent five years with the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office, including as Assistant Attorney General for Energy and Telecommunications. Ms. Freshman received a J.D. from Boston University School of Law, an M.A. from Stanford University, and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
